Aldino Pierotti, IIII,  MD is the Medical Director of the Anit-Aging & Vitality Center of Pittsburgh.  The Anti-Aging and Vitality Centers offer treatments for men and women using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). These treatments are administered by medical doctors and other highly trained medical staff. BHRT replaces a number of hormones, and serves as one of many treatments for menopause and andropause. BHRT uses testosterone, estrogen, progesterone and other hormones and alternative therapies.

Dr. Pierotti received his B.S. in Biology, summa cum laude, from The University of Scranton and his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Pierotti completed his Residency in General Surgery and Anesthesiology at The Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh, and his fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at The Saint Francis Medical Center also in Pittsburgh, PA. He also trained in trauma and burn surgery and oculo-facial trauma.

Dr. Pierotti, who was a board prepared diplomate in Surgical Critical Care, found greater satisfaction in treating his patients with preventive and age related medicine. He studied age management (anti-aging) protocols to successfully treat sleep disorders, hormone imbalances, immune dysfunction and a variety of other serious problems. Currently he is Board Eligible in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through the American Academy Anti-Aging Medicine.
